고려대학교 세포기능조절실험실(Cell Function Regulation Laboratory, CFR Lab.)에서는 유도만능줄기세포라 일컫는 iPS (Induced Pluripotent Stem cells)의 신규 역분화 인자와 역분화 인자를 대체할 수 있는 Small Molecule의 발굴 및 연구, 줄기세포 배양기술을 통해 메디컬 및 코스메틱 분야에 적용할 수 있는 줄기세포 배양액 연구 개발을 수행하고 있습니다.

현재 교육과학기술부에서 줄기세포 분야 기술선점을 위한 선진국의 대규모 투자확대에 대응 및 국내 줄기세포 기술경쟁력을 높이기 위한 줄기세포 유망연구팀에 선정 되었으며 세포응용연구사업단 등 의 연구를 진행중에 있습니다.
