  • Research

    본 연구실에서는 아래와 같은 연구들을 진행 중이다.

     

    1) 중간엽 줄기세포의 증식 및 분화조절에 대한 연구

    - 중간엽 줄기세포의 증식을 조절하는 세포 신호 전달 물질을 규명하고 이를 활성화시킬 수 있는 약물 및 기술의 개발을 목적으로 한다.

    - 중간엽 줄기세포의 조골세포, 지방세포 및 연골세포로의 분화를 조절하는 세포 신호 전달 기전을 규명하고 이를 조절할 수 있는 약물 및 세포 치료법의 개발을 목적으로 한다.

     

    2) 조직 재생 과정의 분자 메커니즘 연구

    - 근육 재생 과정에서의 근육줄기세포내의 분자세포생물학적 메커니즘을 규명하고 근육줄기세포의 증식 및 활성을 조절하는 기술을 개발하여 근 손상에 대한 세포 치료법의 확립을 목적으로 한다.

    - 간 재생 과정을 세포 및 분자생물학적 수준에서 연구하여 간 재생의 메커니즘에 대한 보다 자세한 이해를 목적으로 한다.

     

    3) 근육 및 간에서의 대사과정 조절 인자들의 전사조절 기전 연구

    - 근육에서의 인슐린 감수성을 조절하는 단백질들의 발현을 유전자 전사조절 수준에서 연구하여 제 2형 당뇨의 치료를 위한 타겟을 제공한다.

    - 간에서의 콜레스테롤 대사를 조절하는 단백질들의 세포 신호전달 메커니즘을 규명한다.

     

    4) 대장암 및 전립선암에서의 발암 및 전이 기작에 관한 연구

    - 대장에서의 발암 기작 및 재생 과정에 대한 분자세포생물학적 기전에 대하여 연구한다.

    - 전립선암의 전이 과정에 대한 세포 및 분자 수준의 메커니즘을 규명한다.

    - Organoid culture 기술을 활용하여 발암 기작에 대해 연구한다.
