본 연구는 삶의 질 향상을 위한 건강에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 안정성이 높고 독성이 낮은 천연물 기반의 효능 물질의 분리정제 및 선도물질을 도출함으로써 천연물 유래 의약품 개발을 위한 핵심 기반 기술로 적용될 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.

 

(세부목표)

Ⅰ. 다양한 천연물자원으로부터 분리된 순수화합물들을 LC-MS를 이용한 MS/MS 분석을 통하여 MS fragment DB 구축.

Ⅱ. 다양한 천연물(식물 또는 미생물) 유래 추출물의 LC-MS를 이용한 MS/MS 분석.

Ⅲ. 대사체 분석기법(Metabolomics)을 통하여 추출물에서 신규물질 및 특이적 대사물질을 갖는 추출물 선발.

Ⅳ. MS fragmentation 기반 분자네트워킹(Molecular Networking) 분석기법외 여러 AI 기반의 구조 분석 소프트웨어를 통하여 추출물 내 신규 물질 및 특이적 대사물질과 관련 유도체들의 구조 확인.

Ⅴ. LC-MS 프로파일링(profiling)을 통한 신규물질 및 특이적 대사물질의 표적분리(targeted isolation).

Ⅵ. 다양한 분광학 분석장비(NMR, MS, ECD, VCD)를 통한 신규물질과 특이적 대사물질 구조 규명.
